Unfoturnatley, Kula Yoga Studio Is closing at the end of March, full statement here >
Vinyasa is a steady and energetic style of yoga that links movement with breath. Each class follows a flowing sequence that encourages strength, mobility and focus, while still giving you room to move in a way that feels natural for your body. No two Vinyasa classes are the same, and the variety helps you build confidence and awareness through exploration rather than routine.
At Kula, Vinyasa is taught with clarity and care. Your teacher will guide you through transitions at a steady pace, offering options to soften or deepen depending on how you feel on the day. This makes the practice accessible while still providing challenge when you want it.
The rhythm of movement and breath can feel both uplifting and grounding. Some students enjoy Vinyasa for the physical strength it builds, while others appreciate the sense of focus and presence it brings when the mind begins to settle into the flow.

Get to Know Our Teachers
We have some very difficult news to share.
Kula Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of March.
We are beyond heartbroken. We worked hard and put so much into building this space and to grow a genuine community around it. For personal reasons, we have decided to close the studio. It has not been an easy decision at all.
If you have an active class pass, please use your remaining sessions before the end of March. We will contact anyone we believe may be affected to make sure everything is clear.
To every yogi who has been part of Kula, past or present, thank you. Your support, your time, and your presence meant everything. The community that formed in the studio is something we will always be proud of.
We would love to see as many of you as possible on the mat over the next month. Let us practise together and show appreciation for the space and for the wonderful teachers who have given so much to it.
Thank you, to every one of you, for making this space so special.
With gratitude, Kate.x
