Unfoturnatley, Kula Yoga Studio Is closing at the end of March, full statement here >
Slow Flow is a gentle and steady style of yoga that gives you time to move with awareness and ease. The pace is unhurried, allowing you to explore each posture with a sense of softness and curiosity. Movements are linked with the breath, but without the intensity or speed of a stronger flow practice.
At Kula, Slow Flow is taught in a calm and supportive way. Your teacher will guide you through clear and simple transitions, offering options that help you refine alignment, build comfort and develop confidence in your own body. The space created by the slower pace allows you to feel into each movement and respond in a way that feels natural.
Slow Flow is a class for days when you want to move but without rush or force. It is often chosen by students who enjoy mindful movement, gentle strengthening and a more reflective pace. Many find that the class helps ease tension, settle the mind and create a steady sense of balance.
Whether you are newer to yoga or looking for a softer flow to complement stronger classes, Slow Flow offers the perfect middle ground. It meets you where you are and invites you to move with intention and ease.
A gentle warm up that prepares the body with care

We have some very difficult news to share.
Kula Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of March.
We are beyond heartbroken. We worked hard and put so much into building this space and to grow a genuine community around it. For personal reasons, we have decided to close the studio. It has not been an easy decision at all.
If you have an active class pass, please use your remaining sessions before the end of March. We will contact anyone we believe may be affected to make sure everything is clear.
To every yogi who has been part of Kula, past or present, thank you. Your support, your time, and your presence meant everything. The community that formed in the studio is something we will always be proud of.
We would love to see as many of you as possible on the mat over the next month. Let us practise together and show appreciation for the space and for the wonderful teachers who have given so much to it.
Thank you, to every one of you, for making this space so special.
With gratitude, Kate.x
