Unfoturnatley, Kula Yoga Studio Is closing at the end of March, full statement here >
Restorative Yoga is a deeply calming and restful practice that invites the body to soften and release. Each posture is fully supported with props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, allowing you to settle into stillness without effort. The focus is on rest, gentle awareness and creating space for the nervous system to unwind.
At Kula, Restorative Yoga is taught with warmth, patience and care. Your teacher will guide you into comfortable shapes that allow the body to relax completely. The pace is slow and spacious, giving you time to breathe, settle and feel supported throughout the class. Nothing is rushed and nothing is expected of you. The practice is simply an opportunity to rest with intention.
Many students choose Restorative Yoga when they feel tired, overwhelmed or simply in need of a quieter moment in their week. Others find it helps them manage stress, ease tension and reconnect with a sense of calm that can be hard to find in daily life. The stillness of the practice encourages a softening in both body and mind.
Restorative Yoga is suitable for everyone. You do not need experience or flexibility. You simply need a willingness to rest and receive support.

Get to Know Our Teachers
We have some very difficult news to share.
Kula Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of March.
We are beyond heartbroken. We worked hard and put so much into building this space and to grow a genuine community around it. For personal reasons, we have decided to close the studio. It has not been an easy decision at all.
If you have an active class pass, please use your remaining sessions before the end of March. We will contact anyone we believe may be affected to make sure everything is clear.
To every yogi who has been part of Kula, past or present, thank you. Your support, your time, and your presence meant everything. The community that formed in the studio is something we will always be proud of.
We would love to see as many of you as possible on the mat over the next month. Let us practise together and show appreciation for the space and for the wonderful teachers who have given so much to it.
Thank you, to every one of you, for making this space so special.
With gratitude, Kate.x
