Unfoturnatley, Kula Yoga Studio Is closing at the end of March, full statement here >
Prenatal Yoga offers a calm and supportive space for movement throughout pregnancy. The focus is on gentle strength, steady mobility and breathing practices that help you feel more comfortable and connected as your body changes. Each class is paced with care, giving you time to explore movement in a way that feels safe and nourishing.
At Kula, Prenatal Yoga is taught by experienced teachers who understand the physical and emotional needs of pregnancy. You will learn simple postures that encourage stability, ease and space in the body, along with breathing techniques that can support both daily comfort and birth preparation.
The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, giving you time to slow down, listen to your body and connect with your growing baby. Many students find that Prenatal Yoga helps ease common areas of tension, supports rest and offers a steady moment of calm each week.
Prenatal Yoga is suitable for every stage of pregnancy, with clear options and guidance throughout. You do not need previous yoga experience. You simply need to arrive as you are and move in a way that feels comfortable.

We have some very difficult news to share.
Kula Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of March.
We are beyond heartbroken. We worked hard and put so much into building this space and to grow a genuine community around it. For personal reasons, we have decided to close the studio. It has not been an easy decision at all.
If you have an active class pass, please use your remaining sessions before the end of March. We will contact anyone we believe may be affected to make sure everything is clear.
To every yogi who has been part of Kula, past or present, thank you. Your support, your time, and your presence meant everything. The community that formed in the studio is something we will always be proud of.
We would love to see as many of you as possible on the mat over the next month. Let us practise together and show appreciation for the space and for the wonderful teachers who have given so much to it.
Thank you, to every one of you, for making this space so special.
With gratitude, Kate.x
