Family Yoga

Family Yoga

Family Yoga offers a relaxed and playful space for children and their grown ups to move, breathe and connect together. The class is designed to be light hearted and engaging, with simple postures, fun movement and plenty of freedom for children to explore. It is a chance to share time on the mat in a way that feels joyful, grounded and completely pressure free.

At Kula, Family Yoga is taught with warmth, patience and creativity. Your teacher will guide you through movements that help children build balance, coordination and confidence, while adults enjoy gentle stretches and shared moments of calm. The atmosphere is friendly and open, with room for curiosity, noise, imagination and rest.

Many families come to this class to enjoy quality time together in a supportive community setting. The practice encourages connection, trust and playful movement, making it a lovely way to introduce yoga to children while giving adults a chance to unwind and join in at their own pace.

Family Yoga is suitable for children and their grown ups, with no yoga experience needed. Every family can move in their own way, with comfort and fun at the heart of the session.

Kula Is Closing.

We have some very difficult news to share.

Kula Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of March.

We are beyond heartbroken. We worked hard and put so much into building this space and to grow a genuine community around it. For personal reasons, we have decided to close the studio. It has not been an easy decision at all.

If you have an active class pass, please use your remaining sessions before the end of March. We will contact anyone we believe may be affected to make sure everything is clear.

To every yogi who has been part of Kula, past or present, thank you. Your support, your time, and your presence meant everything. The community that formed in the studio is something we will always be proud of.

We would love to see as many of you as possible on the mat over the next month. Let us practise together and show appreciation for the space and for the wonderful teachers who have given so much to it.

Thank you, to every one of you, for making this space so special.

With gratitude, Kate.x
