Unfoturnatley, Kula Yoga Studio Is closing at the end of March, full statement here >
Chair Yoga is a gentle and accessible style of yoga that supports you to move with comfort and confidence. The chair provides stability and ease, making the practice suitable for anyone who prefers not to move up and down from the floor or who would like extra support during postures. The focus is on simple movements that encourage mobility, balance and steady breathing.
At Kula, Chair Yoga is taught in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Your teacher will guide you through movements that help release tension, improve posture and support everyday functional mobility. The pace is relaxed, and there is plenty of time to explore each movement with awareness. You are encouraged to work in a way that feels safe and supportive for your body.
This class is ideal for people recovering from injury, those with limited mobility, seniors, or anyone who simply enjoys a slower and more supported style of yoga. Many students find that Chair Yoga helps build confidence and comfort while offering a sense of connection and community.

We have some very difficult news to share.
Kula Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of March.
We are beyond heartbroken. We worked hard and put so much into building this space and to grow a genuine community around it. For personal reasons, we have decided to close the studio. It has not been an easy decision at all.
If you have an active class pass, please use your remaining sessions before the end of March. We will contact anyone we believe may be affected to make sure everything is clear.
To every yogi who has been part of Kula, past or present, thank you. Your support, your time, and your presence meant everything. The community that formed in the studio is something we will always be proud of.
We would love to see as many of you as possible on the mat over the next month. Let us practise together and show appreciation for the space and for the wonderful teachers who have given so much to it.
Thank you, to every one of you, for making this space so special.
With gratitude, Kate.x
