Unfoturnatley, Kula Yoga Studio Is closing at the end of March, full statement here >
Broga is a strength focused class designed for men who want to improve mobility, stability and overall body awareness. The movements are steady and accessible, with clear guidance to help you build strength where you need it and release tension where you tend to hold it. Many men come to Broga to support other activities such as surfing, cycling, running or gym training, and to work on areas that often feel tight or overworked.
At Kula, Broga is taught in a relaxed and supportive environment. You will explore movements that encourage strength and functional mobility without pressure or competition. The class focuses on simple postures, steady breathing and strength work that supports everyday movement as well as sport and training.
Broga is suitable for all men, including complete beginners. The pace is steady, the atmosphere is friendly, and the guidance is clear. You do not need to be flexible or experienced. You simply need an interest in moving well and feeling better in your body.
The class encourages confidence, strength and ease. Many students find that Broga helps them move more comfortably, reduces stiffness and improves posture in a satisfying and practical way.

Get to Know Our Teachers
We have some very difficult news to share.
Kula Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of March.
We are beyond heartbroken. We worked hard and put so much into building this space and to grow a genuine community around it. For personal reasons, we have decided to close the studio. It has not been an easy decision at all.
If you have an active class pass, please use your remaining sessions before the end of March. We will contact anyone we believe may be affected to make sure everything is clear.
To every yogi who has been part of Kula, past or present, thank you. Your support, your time, and your presence meant everything. The community that formed in the studio is something we will always be proud of.
We would love to see as many of you as possible on the mat over the next month. Let us practise together and show appreciation for the space and for the wonderful teachers who have given so much to it.
Thank you, to every one of you, for making this space so special.
With gratitude, Kate.x
