Booking and Passes

All bookings are managed through Momoyoga. Visit our schedule page, create a free account and choose the class you want to join. You can then purchase a pass or use a drop in option. The system sends instant confirmation and reminders.

We offer drop in prices, five class passes, ten class passes and a discounted option for students and seniors. You can see the most up to date prices on our Pricing page.

Please note: Class passes are purchased for use of the studio as a whole, not for a specific teacher. If a teacher is unable to teach due to illness or chooses to leave Kula, refunds will not be issued except in exceptional circumstances.

Classes and Levels

If you are new to yoga or returning after a break, Beginners Yoga or Slow Flow are great places to start. If you want something more energetic, Vinyasa or Rocket may suit you. You can read detailed descriptions on our Yoga Styles page.

Some classes, such as Beginners Yoga, Slow Flow, Yin, Chair Yoga and Restorative, are well suited to beginners. Stronger classes like Ashtanga, Rocket or Lotus Flow are best for yogis with some experience.

Slow Flow is gentle movement. Yin uses long held stretches. Restorative is full support and deep rest. All three are calming but offer different experiences for the body.
Many of our classes are gentle and adaptable, but please speak to your teacher before class. They can suggest variations or let you know if a different style would be more comfortable for you.

Studio Information

Yes. Our studio is fully equipped with high quality mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
There are several public parking options close to the studio. Check our Contact page for the nearest car parks and walking routes.
Anything comfortable that allows you to move freely. Most people wear leggings, joggers or shorts with a light top. You do not need specific yoga clothing.
We can adjust the space and equipment to support a range of needs. If you require specific access information, please contact us before your visit.

Pregnancy and Postnatal

We recommend joining Prenatal Yoga from your second trimester, as these classes are designed specifically for pregnancy. If you wish to join other classes, please speak to the teacher in advance.
You can attend once you have had your postnatal check and feel ready for gentle movement. The pace is soft and supportive, and you can feed, change or comfort your baby at any time.

Online and Live Stream

Yes. Selected classes are available to join online. These are clearly marked on our timetable, and you will receive a link once you book through Momoyoga.

Kula Is Closing.

We have some very difficult news to share.

Kula Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of March.

We are beyond heartbroken. We worked hard and put so much into building this space and to grow a genuine community around it. For personal reasons, we have decided to close the studio. It has not been an easy decision at all.

If you have an active class pass, please use your remaining sessions before the end of March. We will contact anyone we believe may be affected to make sure everything is clear.

To every yogi who has been part of Kula, past or present, thank you. Your support, your time, and your presence meant everything. The community that formed in the studio is something we will always be proud of.

We would love to see as many of you as possible on the mat over the next month. Let us practise together and show appreciation for the space and for the wonderful teachers who have given so much to it.

Thank you, to every one of you, for making this space so special.

With gratitude, Kate.x
