Unfoturnatley, Kula Yoga Studio Is closing at the end of March, full statement here >
Previously known as Falmouth Yoga Space, the studio has grown into a place where people of all backgrounds, ages and abilities can move, rest and reconnect.
We believe yoga should feel approachable, supportive and genuinely welcoming. No pressure and no performance. Just a calm space where you can explore your body, your breath and your practice in a way that feels right for you. Our teachers come from a wide range of movement and yoga traditions, but share the same aim. To offer thoughtful classes that support real people in a real way.

We offer a full weekly timetable that includes Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin, Restorative, Beginners Yoga, Prenatal, Mum and Baby sessions and more. Our classes are designed to support all levels, from complete beginners to regular practitioners, with experienced teachers who guide you safely at your own pace.
If you’re completely new, our Beginners or Slow Flow classes are a great place to start. These sessions move at a steady pace and focus on simple sequences, clear alignment and plenty of guidance. You’re also welcome in most all-level classes, as teachers offer variations to suit your body and experience.
You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but it’s not required. Our studio provides high-quality mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets so you have everything you need for a comfortable and well-supported practice.
You can book all classes through our online booking system on our Kula Momoyoga dashboard
From there, choose the class you’d like to attend, create a quick account, and select your pass or drop-in option. Once your account is set up, you can book, cancel or reschedule classes easily at any time. You’ll receive instant confirmation for each booking and reminders before your session.
Yes. Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, and our teachers offer clear modifications to support different levels of experience. If you have an injury or specific concern, let your teacher know before class so they can guide you safely.
Several sessions run as hybrid classes, giving you the choice to join in person or practise live online. This is helpful if you want flexibility or if you’re travelling or not based in Falmouth full-time.

We have some very difficult news to share.
Kula Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of March.
We are beyond heartbroken. We worked hard and put so much into building this space and to grow a genuine community around it. For personal reasons, we have decided to close the studio. It has not been an easy decision at all.
If you have an active class pass, please use your remaining sessions before the end of March. We will contact anyone we believe may be affected to make sure everything is clear.
To every yogi who has been part of Kula, past or present, thank you. Your support, your time, and your presence meant everything. The community that formed in the studio is something we will always be proud of.
We would love to see as many of you as possible on the mat over the next month. Let us practise together and show appreciation for the space and for the wonderful teachers who have given so much to it.
Thank you, to every one of you, for making this space so special.
With gratitude, Kate.x
